I took this photograph in Clatsop State Forest in western Oregon in 2021. It's an image that I absolutely love, showcasing the classic pacific northwest vibes, but was a memory that I wanted to rewrite in an empowering way. The more we put our true selves out there, the more we expose ourselves to haters. But! We can only find our solid gold people by being our true selves too. So, fuck the haters my friends! You got this.
